Camp Fire Names Danette Andley, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for the Health Care Business Group at 3M, to the National Board of Trustees
As a global business and marketing leader at Fortune 100 company 3M, Andley brings rich corporate marketing expertise to the organization
KANSAS CITY, MO (July 14, 2021) – National inclusive youth development organization Camp Fire, is proud to announce that Danette Andley, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for the Health Care Business Group at 3M, has been elected to the Camp Fire National Board of Trustees.
Based in St. Paul, Minnesota at the Fortune 100 multinational headquarters for 3M, Andley leads teams responsible for driving global business, strategic accounts, demand generation, sales, and marketing operations such as branding, integrated and digital marketing, ecommerce, communications, consumer education, and pricing.
As an employee at 3M for the past 10 years, Andley has continued to advance her career in strategy and global business development, Lean Six Sigma, and international operations and marketing excellence. She has served as the Chair of the 3M Marketing Senate and Chair of the 3M U.S. Women’s Leadership Forum.

Prior to joining 3M, Danette held positions at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, as well as working in marketing and PR at global agency Fleishman-Hillard. She has an undergraduate degree in marketing and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Danette lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with her husband Abhi and is a proud mom of her three children, Ian, Ashwin, and Reya.
