As we’ve shared over the last few months, an integrated national system to track and manage participant information is a critical aspect of Camp Fire’s partnership with the New York Life Foundation. The opportunity to raise our collective technical capacity reflects not only a commitment to organizational excellence but also added value and efficiency for the council network.
During the next two years, Trax8 adoption (with support from the New York Life Foundation) will scale across all Camp Fire councils. In 2016 eleven councils received training and are piloting Trax8 in conjunction with online registration abilities.Several other councils already utilize Trax8.
With the start of 2017 we are now slated to launch another 20-25 councils on the nFocus (working with councils on Trax8 implementation) path to automating data. With that in mind, nFocus has scheduled an online demonstration. You can decide for yourselves if this is the right time for your council to take advantage of this FREE opportunity.
The demonstration will be a great opportunity to see what Trax8 and the online registration software is all about, ask questions from the ones that built the program, and make an educated decision if this is a good fit for your council at this time. If you are already participating in Trax8, you might be able to offer advice or insight to newly interested councils. If you have questions please contact Pam Wirken, pam.wirken@campfire.org, (816) 285-2009.
The TraxSolutions demo has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 18, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM CT. You can join the meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone. https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/198852413 . Or you can dial in using your phone. (408) 650-3123. The access code is 198-852-413.
